The Voice Picking process adds dynamism to the depot process, allowing  the user to handle packages more rapidly.

VoiXtreme eliminates dead times in between operations normally done via handhelds. The users do not need to manipulate the handheld all the time to read a bar code, and then store the equipment. They don’t need to use the screen or keyboard either, which translates automatically in a decrease of wasted time, and an increase in productivity.

Increased operator safety

The user who operates VoiXtreme will be safer on the work environment where he/she moves, by freeing his hands and eyes to operate the handheld.

The user will have its eyes and hands free, so he/she will have freedom to move, and will be more focused on the task at hand.

Voice Picking user training

People find very natural the way VoiXtreme is used, because they just need to listen to the indications and answer with very few words or numbers on each step.

When a new user begins working on this system, he/she must only follow the indications, and must be alert about the way he/she inputs the data on each step of the process.

On each step, the users may ask the system for information about what they must do, and the data they must input to continue.
In very few minutes, the user will be accustomed to the way it works.
The “beginners” profile is intended for new users. This profile allows the VoiXtreme system to inform the user what to do, in detail, in every step of the way.
